We enforce pricing restrictions or Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP). MAP is listed on each product page as the current MSRP and is included in the packing list shipped with your order.

Spinster Sisters has policies in place that restrict sales of our product on large commercial sites such as Amazon and eBay without express written permission of Spinster Sisters Inc.

Spinster Sisters does not allow for any of its products to be relabeled, repackaged, rebranded then resold under another name. Co-branded products may be sold under certain conditions with the approval of Spinster Sisters Inc.

Damaged goods can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Products returned for any other reason are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned within 60 days. All returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

If you receive a defective/damaged item upon delivery, please contact us with photos and details of the defect or damage. Photos of damaged products and packaging MUST be included or replacement of product cannot be authorized. Once photos are received, you will be notified within 1-2 business days whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement as a result of the damage. If approved, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original method of payment.
