Our Business Spinster Sisters Soap is a family owned and
operated business. We take pride in creating natural
products with only the finest ingredients. We hope you
will enjoy them as much as we do.
In both our business and our personal lives we make a concerted effort to reduce our energy consumption and to live in a sustainable fashion. The carbon footprint of our business is reduced significantly by a 3.5 kW solar photovoltaic system and passive solar construction. We are obsessive recyclers and rabid composters.

Shipping Rates - Shipping is based on product
purchased and determined by each individual seller.
Shipping Policies - Our goal is to ship product as quickly as possible, however this is a general guideline and is not guaranteed. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us to be sure we can get it to you in the requested timeline. All items are handcrafted and in some cases customized. Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 weeks depending on the specifics of the order. Please note that these timelines do not include transit time through the carrier. In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately; you will be notified by email if this happens. Payment Options - We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. All payments are taken through Paypal, you are not required to sign up for a PayPal account. Checks and/or money orders are accepted, but order will not be sent until the check has cleared.

Returns/Exchanges - We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase, however if you need to make a return or exchange we are happy to help. The return/exchange policy does not apply to items damaged in shipping. The Buyer will pay to have return/exchange items shipped to Spinster Sisters Co-Op; items must arrive in original condition, unused. ~ Standard Items - Return in the original condition for a refund/exchange in 30 days of order. ~ Custom Items - Cannot be returned. Personalized items are considered to be custom. ~ Sale Items - Return in the original condition for a store credit only. ~ Shipping Charges - Cannot be refunded for returned items.
